STUDY ON THE COMPOSITE MARINE ANTI-FOULING COATINGS

The characteristics of anti-fouling agent of chlorolethyl resin as material of membrane as well as the characteristics of complex anti-fouling agent composed of extractions from natural pungent plants are introduced and analyzed.Anti-mildew pesticide which is without poison as well as any metal elements and selected complex anti-fouling system composed of alkali-capsicum and of anti-mildew pesticide which is without any metal elements,explored the influence on the paint coating and the anti-fouling nature with the selection of solvent,as well as the amount of resin,color stuffing agents added are also introduced and analyzed in this paper.After many times of acceleration experiments in the laboratory,various nature of the paint coating were tested.Beside these tests the coated samples on floating raft in the sea port were hung for two years to check its anti-fouling nature and various characteristics.The results shows that chlorolethyl resin as a new membrane material of oceanic heavy anti-fouling agent has its excellent advantages in resisting erosion of sea water and sea tides.And its adhesion to the material is excellent.
