Consciousness: The Lower and Higher Dimensional Realms

We may review the observations made by Thomas Metzinger; in his studies, as he created a paradigm to understand the idea of consciousness with the formation of the neural structures, ego tunnel. The reflection of such a formation should be the foundation of the inner life of an individual. The idea of two consciousness levels is comparable to the philosophical idea of universal consciousness and the individual consciousness as being discoursed in most of the classical philosophical (religious) systems.
