외부 미세먼지 침입을 고려한 교실 내 공기청정기 성능의 수치해석

The objective of the paper is to analyze the particle removal efficiency of air cleaner in case of outdoor particle penetrating into the classroom though the leakage in the facade. In this study, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations were conducted to evaluate the particle removal efficiency. Simulation cases varied (1) position of portable air cleaner (2) clean air delivery rate (CADR) of air cleaner (762 m3/h and 1,278 m3/h) (3) the number of air cleaner. The results showed that the ratio of the particles filtered by the air cleaner filter increases by about 3 times according to the installation position of the air cleaner.
