Злокачественные новообразования тела матки в Витебской области (эпидемиологические аспекты)

The data about the morbidity of malignant neoplasm of uterus body during 1987 2007 yrs. in Vitebsk region are presented in this article. It is established that the number of firstly detected patients with malignant neoplasm of uterus body (MNUB) for this period has been increased in 1,8 fold; the most frequently met diseases are considered to the age of 50-75 yrs.; for the last period the quality of diagnostics and treatment have been improved (the percent of morphological confirmation of diagnosis elevated up to 100%, the number of patients detected in the I II stages of the morbidity (80,3%) is increased, the number of women have lived from the moment of diagnosed the disease for 5 and more years is elevated; the number of patients died from this pathology is reduced from 2000 years ). The surgical method combined with the radiotherapy take the leading place (40-60%) in the treatment of this diseases. The authors consider the further investigations on the elevation of effectivity of combined and complex treatment of patients with MNUB and studying of prognostic factors to be necessary.
