The invention discloses a tester for a high-temperature high-speed titanium fire prevention material characteristic test and a testing method. The tester for the high-temperature high-speed titanium fire prevention material characteristic test comprises a test table base, a driving part, a micro-feeding mechanism, a pressure adjusting test cabin, a lubrication part, a stimulated blade part, a gas heater and a control part, wherein the simulated blade part comprises a wheel disc, and a test blade is arranged at the edge part of the wheel disc; the micro-feeding mechanism comprises a precise screw rod transmission part; a test piece tool is connected with the precise screw rod transmission part; the clamping end of the test piece tool aligns to the edge part of the wheel disc; the simulated blade part is arranged inside the pressure adjusting test cabin; a gas outlet of the gas heater is connected with a gas inlet of the pressure adjusting test cabin; and the gas inlet of the pressure adjusting test cabin aligns to the position of a scraping test. The tester for the high-temperature high-speed titanium fire prevention material characteristic test can be used for simulating grinding and scraping in a real working condition, and is used for a mechanism of a titanium fire failure of a titanium alloy, a fire-retardant mechanism of fire-retardant titanium alloy and an alloy element action mechanism, a fire-retardant coating action mechanism, a high-temperature strength research under a material fire-retardant condition and a research of a fire-retardant property estimation method well.
