Diameter-expanding conductor

The utility model relates to a diameter-expanding conductor, which is characterized in that a diameter-expanding layer is a foaming polyolefin diameter-expanding supporting layer. Foaming polyolefin is adopted as an overhead conductor diameter-expanding layer for the first time in a power transmission conductor; the foaming diameter-expanding layer greatly reduces the weight of the diameter-expanding layer, has light structural weight (with same diameter, the weight of the foaming diameter-expanding layer is lighter than that of the sparse-winding diameter-expanding layer and the aluminium pipe diameter-expanding layer by at least 8 percent to 15 percent), is not limited by diameter-expanding times, and also obviously improves the bending performance of the diameter-expanding conductor; and the bending radius can reach to the bending radius (15 times of the diameter) of the common overhead conductor. In addition, the diameter-expanding conductor also has the water-tight and light-tight protection functions to an inner layer core, thus being beneficial to prolonging the service life of the conductor. The diameter-expanding conductor has stable structure, convenient wire stranding and ejecting construction, easy separation of a foaming layer and reinforced core, each peeling of end heads when in stringing, and especially good economy of a diameter-expanding material. The diameter-expanding layer can reduce the cost by at least 50 percent, and can reduce the cost of the diameter-expanding conductor, and the whole performance of the diameter-expanding conductor is superior to that of the sparse-winding diameter-expanding conductor and the diameter-expanding conductor of an aluminium supporting pipe.
