PURPOSE: A rod insertion device for realigning a spine and an operating device for a spine realignment are provided to minimize the cut part of a body by vertically inserting a rod into the human body. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of sawteeth(153) is formed around the end of a rod(150). The rod is combined with one side of an insertion member(131). A handle is formed on the other side of the insertion member. A guide groove is formed along the longitudinal direction of the insertion member. A support member is slidably combined with the guide groove to support the sawteeth. A lever(140) slides the support member to separate the support member from the sawteeth.
