Clinical research of epidural analgesia combined with diazepam in delivery

2012
Objective:To explore the influence of using diazepam combined with low concentration, small doses of ropivacaine and sufentanil implementation controlled analgesia in an active period of the birth process on the maternal and child. Methods:The experimental group were given diazepam combined with low concentration ,small doses of ropivacaine and sufentanil implementation controlled analgesia in an active period of the birth process, and control group were spontaneous delivery in which the data of two groups were analysed. Results: The average time of the first stage in the experimental group was (186.46 ± 8.52)min, the increase of spontaneous delivery rate was 91.25%,the cesarean section rate was 6.25% . Assessment of maternal physical and psychological condition: natural expression was 73 cases when uterine contraction, heart rate, blood pressure was stable, and contractions had no effect in the experimental group. The average time of the first stage in the control group was (270.68±12.34)min,the spontaneous delivery rate was 66.25%, the cesarean section rate was 28.75%. Assessment of maternal physical and psychological condition: natural expression was 12 cases(P0.01)when uterine contraction, heart rate, blood pressure was stable, and contractions had no effect in the control group ,heart rate and blood pressure were increase(P0.05). Conclusion: Diazepam combined with epidural analgesia delivery can shorten the production process, reduce the rate of cesarean section, maintain postnatal recovery maternal good state of mind, improve the quality of obstetric,is the ideal method of labor analgesia.
