Pendampingan Pemberdayaan Wali Asuh dalam Menumbuhkan Kesadaran Berorganisasi Anak Asuh di Wilayah Fathimatuzzahro Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid Paiton-Probolinggo

This study describes foster guardians in their efforts to overcome the problem of decreasing interest in student organizations, due to the limitations of several things, foster care is an idea and renewal as an effort to make santri activities effective in pesantren. Pesantren, which is currently the most sought after educational forum by the community, feels the need to always improve and improve by optimizing the structure of education and activities. If these efforts are not carried out, the potential for chaos in pesantren activities will be very high in the context of an uncontrolled situation. Therefore, the role of foster care is a solution in achieving the sustainability of pesantren activities. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach which describes all the sequences that occur. Collecting data through observation, interviews, documentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the empowerment of Foster Guardians in growing Minta Berorganization is carried out by planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating.
