The invention discloses a circulating water treatment method and equipment. The circulating water treatment equipment comprises a reaction chamber, an end cover, a motor, 3-5 descaling brushes, a bracket, an anode, a water inlet and a water inlet valve, a water outlet and a water outlet valve, a drain outlet and a drain outlet valve, a control center, a UV emitter, a gas exhausting device and a filter screen, wherein the inner wall of the reaction chamber is taken as a cathode; an anode which is a barrel-shaped structure extends into the reaction chamber; the descaling brushes and a central shaft are connected through a stainless steel connecting frame on the bottom of the reaction chamber; the motor is connected with the center shaft; the motor rotates to drive the centre shaft to rotate, so that the descaling brushes rotate; the upper part of the reaction chamber and the descaling brushes are connected though a steel ring; the steel ring and the stainless steel connecting frame are respectively arranged at the outer side and the bottom side of the anode, so that the anode is not contacted in the rotary process; the control center is fixed on a housing; the UV emitter is positioned on the end cover; the gas exhausting device is consistent with a signal received by the water outlet, so that when the water outlet is opened, the gas exhausting device is opened for exhausting a gas generated by the reaction chamber; the filter screen is arranged in the water outlet; the bottom of the reaction chamber is of a cone-shaped structure.
