In this study using two variables, the first is the comfort of the work environment is an independent variable and the second is the employee morale as a dependent variable. Basically all employees wherever they work both in government and private agencies, a comfortable and conducive environment will make the spirit of work even harder. Workplace environment that has adequate physical facilities and infrastructure, this will be able to help reduce boredom and fatigue and even cause comfort for employees. The method used is descriptive, associative, and quantitative methods and the hypothesis uses partial hypotheses, while the analysis of simple linear regression coefficients and determinant coefficients is used for data analysis. And as the population and sample are all employees in the agency, which amounted to 98 employees. Simple linear regression which is used to see how much comfort the work environment gives effect to the employee's work spirit at the agency, with 98 employees, the regression coefficient value Y = 23.047 + 0.655X can be obtained. Constants (a) are worth 23,047, the number above is a constant value, where if the value of the independent variable = 0, then the value of employee morale (Y) is 23,047. Regression coefficient of work environment comfort (X) of 0.655, this shows that the variable work environment comfort gives an influence on employee morale. therefore, if the comfort conditions that exist in the work environment continue to be increased by the magnitude of one unit, it will have an effect on increasing employee morale at the Agency will increase by 0.655. In the summary model table shows that the value of R = 0.679, this means the correlation between the variables of work environment comfort on employee morale of 67.9%, it means there is a very close relationship. While the R square value shows a value of 0.461, this means that 46.1% of employee morale can be influenced by variables of work environment comfort, while the remaining 53.9% can be explained through other factors not found in this study due to limited time and place.
