The invention relates to a preparation method of a spontaneous phase separation type microorganism adhesion fiber. The preparation method of the spontaneous phase separation type microorganism adhesion fiber includes following steps: 1) dissolving two weight parts of lithium chloride (LiCl) powder into 10 weight parts of N, N-dimethylacetamide (DMAC), and obtaining a dissolution solution; 2) adding two weight parts of poly-m-phenylene isophthalamide (PMIA) into 10 parts of the dissolution solution obtained in the step 1, and then heating the dissolution solution under 100 centigrade degrees for 3 hours so as to obtain a mixing solution; 3) adding two parts of hydroxylapatite particles into 10 parts of the mixing solution obtained in the step 2 under a normal temperature stirring condition so as to obtain a hydroxylapatite particle dispersion solution, and then adding 0.6 part of ethyl alcohol into the hydroxylapatite particle dispersion solution drop by drop so as to obtain a mixing spinning solution; 4) performing electrostatic spinning on the mixing spinning solution obtained in the step 3, and obtaining an even spinning film after the electrostatic spinning, wherein the advance speed is 0.5ml/h, the reception distance is 15cm, and spinning voltage is 15kv; 5) steeping the spinning film obtained in the step 4 in an acetone solution, fetching the spinning film out of the acetone solution after 10 hours of standing, and drying the spinning film under 80 centigrade degrees for 10 hours so as to obtain the final product.
