Vulvar metastatic Crohn disease: clinical, histopathological and ultrasonographic findings

The diagnosis of MCD is essentially histological,showing noncaseating granulomas in the dermis and subcutaneous fat tissue. We report a case of MCD with vulvar involvement and clinical, histopathological, and ultrasonographic findings of this disease.
