The invention discloses an on-vehicle APP communication system, a load balancing method and a vehicle renting method. The communication system comprises an on-vehicle APP and a network management platform. The on-vehicle APP is connected with a member authentication service, a heartbeat and message pushing service and an APP service group of the network management platform through an HTTP request. The member authentication service, the heartbeat and message pushing service are connected with a member logging-on state database. A message queue is connected with the APP service group, a deduction service and a short message service. According to the on-vehicle APP communication system, the load balancing method and the vehicle renting method, an application terminal and a control terminal are decoupled, thereby effectively settling control end abnormity caused by application end abnormity. The client does not process any service logic, thereby realizing small weight of the application terminal. The on-vehicle APP communication system, the load balancing method and the vehicle renting method are suitable for all electric vehicle renting systems.
