Characteristic Construction of Higher Vocational Demonstration College's Autonomous Enrollment and Talent Cultivation

Higher vocational demonstration college's autonomous enrollment has been implemented for 2 years,after a preliminary investigation and analysis;we find out that there exist some problems that need continuously improving as to the enrolling and after-enrolling talent-cultivating steps.This paper has put forward some suggestions towards the tenet of autonomous enrollment as well as to the content of examination,the criterion of enrollment and after-enrolling talent-cultivating mode.
