Method for preparation of cartilage cell

A cartilage cell is prepared from a perichondrium cell. Disclosed are: a cell which is derived from a perichondrium tissue and is capable of being differentiated into a cartilage cell; a method for the preparation of the cell; a composition comprising the cell; a method for the preparation of a cartilage cell; and a culture for use in the method.
