Clima Organizacional y Desempeño Docente en Universidades Privadas de Barranquilla.

The objective of this scientifc article was to analyze the organizational climate and teaching performance in private universities in Barranquilla. The methodology implemented was quantitative, corresponding to the postpositivist paradigm, with non-experimental, transectional and feld design, with a descriptive - correlational scope. The sample consisted of 107 university professors, who perform their teaching work in private universities of Barranquilla to which they applied a questionnaire by variable, structured with a Likerttype scale, which consisted of 30 items, it was previously submitted to evaluation at the discretion of 5 experts.
