The invention discloses an aero-engine blade damage repair method. According to the repair method, a device combination system and a repair technology are adopted. The following device combination system comprises an ABB robot, a program control system, a welding power source, a plasma generator, a wire feeder and a plasma gun, the program control system, the welding power source, the plasma generator, the wire feeder and the plasma gun are attached to the ABB robot, the robot is in control connection with the program control system, the program control system of the robot is in control connection with the plasma generator, the plasma generator is connected with the welding power source by a bus, the wire feeder is mounted on the robot and connected with the plasma generator through a control cable, and a wire feed roll of the wire feeder and the plasma gun are mounted at the tail end of the robot. The repair technology includes: (1) performing segmented processing according to features of surface size and surface shape of a to-be-repaired blade; (2) setting a pulsed plasma heat input parameter of each segment; (3) setting a pulsed wire feeding control parameter; and (4) performing segmented plasma welding repair.
