The invention provides a multifunctional bird repelling device. The multifunctional bird repelling device comprises a main support, three-dimensional rotating mechanisms and ultrasonic parts. Energy transducers of the ultrasonic parts are arranged on the three-dimensional rotating mechanisms. The three-dimensional rotating mechanisms are connected with a bearing connecting piece on the main support through connecting rods so that the three-dimensional rotating mechanisms can rotate around the main support. The multifunctional bird repelling device is simple in structure, convenient and fast to operate and capable of effectively driving away birds affecting takeoff, landing, low-altitude flights and hedgehoppings of airplanes or driving away the birds destroying crops in large farms.
