Can an MPAR solution for SENSR meet all weather-surveillance mission-critical needs?

This work describes the simulation and data-analysis frameworks developed in support of the SENSR R&D program. Simulations are used to evaluate and illustrate the potential operational impact of relaxing cost-driving radar requirements and/or of using different multi-function concepts of operations.
