An analysis of relativity on serum apolipoprotein in patients with dyslipidemia

2007
Objective To explore the value of serum apolipoprotein(apo) level in diagnosing various diseases for patients with dyslipidemia. Methods The serum levels of apo A-Ⅰ,apo B,apo CⅡ and apo CⅢ in 206 high level triglyceride(TG1.7 mmol/L) patients were determined and their changes were observed. The results were compared with those of 101 healthy people(as a control group) . Results In coronary heart disease(CHD),diabetes mellitus(DM),cerebral infarction(CI) and other diseases, apo B,apo CⅡand apo CⅢ were all higher than those in the control group except apo A-Ⅰ (P0.01). Among high level TG groups patients, the levels of apo CⅡ and apo CⅢ in CHD,the levels of apo B,apo CⅡ and apo CⅢ in DM,the levels of apo B and apo CⅢ in CI were higher than those in the groups of patients with other diseases(P0.05,P0.01). Conclusions The hyper-triglyceridemia patients with CHD,DM and CI have metabolism disorder of apo.The main incidence risk factors of those diseases are considerably related to the change of apo B,apo CⅡ and apo CⅢ levels.
