Application progress of high flow and high flow nasal oxygen inhalation in neonatal intensive care unit

2016
High flow oxygen inhalation (HHHFNC) is a new noninvasive method for noninvasive respiratory support. In recent years, HHHFNC has been used in the treatment of premature infants with apnea, neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, oxygen therapy and respiratory failure after tracheal intubation, which has achieved good results. HHHFNC treatment in children with comfort for high, good tolerance, convenient nursing, effectively reduce the nasal continuous positive airway pressure therapy when nasal injury and abdominal distension and other problems can effectively be used in clinical.
