PENGARUH LIKUIDITAS PROFITABILITAS DAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity, Profitability good corporate goverance, against the value of companies in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The object of this study are 16 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a sample of 80 financial statements. The data used is the company's financial statements of 201 4 -201 9 . Further data were analyzed by multiple linear regression statistic method using SPSS version 2 5 . The result of the research stated that Liquidity, good corporate goverance do not have significant influence to company value while Profitability significantly influence to company value.
