Dukungan Amerika Serikat Terhadap Kosovo Pasca Kemerdekaan Tahun 2008

On February 17, 2008, Kosovo declared its independence from Serbia. The United States was the first country to recognize Kosovo independence. The United States provides a lot of assistance to Kosovo, one of which is through USAID. behind the assistance provided there are US interests namely to maintain Transatlantic stability, expand export markets and make Kosovo the United States anti-missile defense. Researchers use constructivism theory to transform conflict transformative. As for the findings in this study, this theory can answer how countries are friends and hostility. there are several elements such as identity, actors, interests, international norms and motives. if these elements are well established there will be friendship. but if the element is not intertwined, the absence of relations between the two countries will even lead to hostility.
