The significance and problems in cross-border mergers and acquisitions of Chinese township and village enterprises were expounded.The model of cross-border mergers and acquisition of rural companies and human resource integration was constructed.Ways to improve human resource integration in township and village enterprises and cross-border mergers and acquisitions were proposed,such as formulating scientific and reasonable personnel integration plan,perfecting human resources merge system,strengthening communication,conducting cross-culture management,focusing on psychological counseling and establishing stimulus measures.
