Feature code processing method, device and system

Embodiments of the present invention provide a feature code processing method, device and system, relate to the technical field of communications, and the method includes: receiving a first discovery request transmitted by a terminal, wherein the first discovery request includes a terminal identifier of the terminal; according to the first discovery request, transmitting a discovery response to the terminal, wherein the discovery response includes a common identifier, and the common identifier is used for indicating that at least two applications of the terminal use a common feature code. In the present invention, by the common identifier, the terminal learns that the feature code allocated to the terminal by an adjacent service function entity is the same as the feature code allocated to other applications of the terminal by the adjacent service function entity, thus enabling the terminal to proceed to broadcast the common feature code while broadcasting the common feature code currently, and avoiding the problem in the prior art where an identical terminal broadcasts an identical feature code on different wireless resources at the same time, further avoiding the waste of the wireless resources.
