Temperature measuring device for maintenance routing inspection of industrial safety facilities and routing inspection method thereof

The invention relates to a temperature measuring device for maintenance routing inspection of industrial safety facilities. The temperature measuring device comprises a transparent heat-conduction membrane integrated structures with at least six layers; each two layers of transparent heat-conduction membrane form one group; and a temperature-sensitive color-changing pattern is coated on the surface of each transparent heat-conduction membrane. According to the way of coating the temperature-sensitive patterns and the membrane structure position distribution, the transparent heat-conduction membranes are divided into a bottom transparent heat-conduction membrane group, an intermediate transparent heat-conduction membrane group, and a top transparent heat-conduction membrane group. According to the invention, the provided device and method have advantages of low routing inspection cost, high adaptability, a good power-free performance and a good mechanical loss prevention performance, and high-efficiency and precise routing inspection and the device has a long service life; and thus the device and method are suitable for an extreme occasion.
