The invention relates to a noradrenaline and selective serotonin receptor blocking agent and an application thereof. The noradrenaline and selective serotonin receptor blocking agent is a compound in the formula I, or an isomer, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or a solvate of the compound, wherein R1 is selected from C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, C6-10 aralkyl, C6-10 aralkoxy, halogenated C1-6 alkyl, and halogenated C1-6 alkoxy; R2 is one or more groups independently selected from the following groups: hydrogen, halogen, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, nitro, cyan, amino, hydroxyl, halogenated C1-6 alkyl, and halogenated C1-6 alkoxy; and R3 is one or more groups independently selected from the following groups: hydrogen, halogen, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, nitro, cyan, amino, hydroxyl, halogenated C1-6 alkyl, and halogenated C1-6 alkoxy. The compound disclosed by the invention is the effective noradrenaline and selective serotonin receptor blocking agent.
