The invention relates to a test method of emulsified asphalt cold regeneration mixture transport stability, by testing of bulk density rho n of specimens 1, 2, 3 and 4 which have same mass and prepared in every S time and maximum relative density rho mt of a unformed remaining material, the specimen void ratio Vn is calculated, the curve of changing of the specimen void ratio along with the forming time is drawn, the maximum value of the forming time in the range of the specimen void ratio of less than 86% is read from the curve, and the maximum value of the forming time is the workable time SW of emulsified asphalt cold regeneration mixture. The test method is accurate and reliable in test data, and can quantitatively determine the workable time of the emulsified asphalt cold regeneration mixture, and the emulsified asphalt cold regeneration mixture has good fluidity and workability time, and the fact that the emulsified asphalt cold regeneration mixture is difficult to unload or difficult to compact and a paved emulsified asphalt cold regeneration layer quality cannot meet the requirements caused by the emulsified asphalt cold regeneration mixture demulsification due to too long transport distance can be avoided.
