It indicates that GTPCH1 plays a significant role in the lipid synthesis process and is probably an important regulation element for NADPH required for lipid synthesis; the recombination mortierella alpine provides a theoretical basis for deeply parsing the synthesis mechanism of mortierella alpine lipid so that the mortierella alpine lipid can become a cell factory for producing functional lipids.
