Research on the performance of high pressure ~3He filled linear position sensitive detector tubes

The performance of high pressure ~3He filled linear position sensitive detector tubes has been measured and analyzed.Include designing and Mont Carlo simulation.Obvious position sensitive effect has been observed and the position resolution reached centimeter level.
