Study on Relationship between Polymorphisms of GoLA-DRB_3 Exon2 and Economical Traits of Jintang Black Goats

The exon2 of DRB3 of 111 Jintang black goats was digested with three restriction endonucleases,TaqI,PstI and Hae Ⅲ.The results revealed an extensive polymorphism on the locus.Statistical results showed that the polymorphic sites at position 122,154,168,220 unfitted with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium except positon 241.There were significant differences in chest girth and cannon girth corresponding to three genotypes of Taq Ⅰ(P0.05).There were extremely significant differences in body length and cannon girth corresponding to three genotypes of Pst Ⅰ,in body height corresponding to three genotypes of HaeⅢ(P0.01).
