The flow rates of saline and clean water are controlled by the two valves, and the clapboard is controlled to be opened and closed by the electronic on-off valve, so that adjustment of saline concentration in the system is realized. The saline energy-gathering tower heat pump system and the saline concentration adjusting method thereof provided by the invention have the advantages that the problems of frosting and fouling of a heat pump unit evaporator can be solved, the unit efficiency is improved, and the power consumption of the system is not increased.
