Polyposis coli with adenocarcinoma associated with carcinoma in situ of the gallbladder

Abstract A unique case of multiple polyposis of the colon associated with early adenocarcinoma of the colon and the gallbladder in a forty-three year old woman is reported. Other conditions associated with polyposis coli are briefly reviewed.
