The Expression and Clinical Significance of ER-β and OPN in Tissues of Human Lung cancer

2017
Background: The potential relationship between ER and OPN as well as Integrin in lung cancer remains elusive. Objectives: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of ER-βand OPN in 208 cases of human lung cancer tissues, as well as the relationship betweent ER-βand OPN. Methods: The expression of ER-βand OPN in 208 cases of human lung cancer tissues was detected using immunohistochemical S-P method. The interrelations and relationshiop of ER-βand OPN with the clinical pathological characteristics as well as survival prognosis of lung cancer patients were using Spearman、Chi-square test and Kaplan-Meier. Results: The positive expression rates of ER-βand OPN in 208 cases of lung cancer tissues were 53.85%和47.59% and the positive expression of ER-βand OPN was correlated with each other(r=0.146,P=0.035). The positive expression of ER-β was related with histological classification and cell differentiation (P Conclusions: The positive expression of ER-βand OPN in lung cancer tissues was higher than the expression in normal tissues. The positive expression of ER-βand OPN in lung cancer tissues was correlated with each other. The positive expression of ER-βand OPN was related with the histological classification, differentiation and metastasis in lung cancer. ER-βand OPN are the potential of biomarks of survival progrosis of lung cancer.
