Síndrome del psoas maligno por infiltrac¡ón de un linfoma no Hodgkin: un hallazgo infrecuente y el manejo del dolor
2004
We present a patient with a severe and invalidanting pain due to psoas infiltration by the progress of a non-Hodgkin lymphoma. In the clinical context of a far-advanced lymphoma a back pain could be due to retroperitonealnodes. A more accurate diagnostic procedure can reveal other causes of back pain and help to decide the best treatment. We discuss the analgesic strategy used in this particular case.
