The device comprises a media filter, a full-automatic water softener, a raw water tank, a raw water pump, a first precision filter, a primary high-pressure pump, a primary RO (reverse osmosis) device, a secondary high-pressure pump, a secondary RO device, an RO water producing tank, an EDI (electrodeionization) water supply pump, a second precision filter, an ultraviolet sterilizer, an EDI device, a degasser, a pure water tank, a water supply pump, a TOC (total organic carbon) ultraviolet sterilizer, a polishing mixed bed and a microporous filter which are communicated sequentially through pipelines, wherein a reducing agent dosing device is arranged between the full-automatic water softener and the raw water tank; a PH dosing device is arranged between the primary RO device and the secondary high-pressure pump; and electrolyte water of the EDI device flows into a water-seal water tank through a pipeline. The water treatment device adopts multistep filtration and perfectly combines medium filtration, reverse osmosis filtration and an EDI treatment technology, and simultaneously, a reducing agent is added, so that the protection of a reverse osmosis membrane is improved.
