QUALITE NUTRITIONNELLE DE SPIRULINA PLATENSIS EN CROISSANCE DANS LES EAUX USEES DOMESTIQUES

2013
The Spirulina is a highly nutritive source of food, characterized by its high digestibility, its content in protein (60-70%) and especially the phycocyanin. A technique for growing Spirulina in domestic sewage treated and enriched by two major mineral elements (NaHCO 3 , NaNO 3 ), or by six deficient mineral elements in comparison with the synthetic medium (NaHCO 3 , K 2 HPO 4 , NaNO 3 , K 2 SO 4 , NaCl, FeSO 4 ) was standardized and tested in laboratory. A coherent check on the evolution of protein and phycocyanin in these mediums was performed, The resultat has demonstrated that the content in protein and phycocyanin of Spirulina whil growing in these mediums was not affected and reached the same level as with the synthetic medium.
