O papel do apoiador institucional no processo de territorialização na estratégia saúde da família: um relato de experiência

2017
Territorialisation in the ESF is a technique in the area of health planning used to produce territorially based information and has as its axis the participative character that fa cilitates the interaction between the team, the population and political actors, and also grants the professional the role of actor Main in the organization of the local health work process and in the use of surveillance practices for health actions in the community. For this, these professionals can receive the help of the Institutional Supporter. This is a descriptive, cross sectional report that aims to describe the experience of a sanitary resident as an Institutional Supporter in the process of territo rialisation of a USF in Camacari, Bahia, in the year 2016. The planning of the territorialization process occurred At a USF team meeting. It was very difficult to raise the awareness of the team about the importance of the participation of all in the proce ss of territorialization, among many complaints, that the team had no obligation to carry out the ACS activity. In the dialogue, there was information from the supporter, who according to PNAB this activity was the responsibility of the whole Team. Due to the illness of the ACS and the outbreak of a strike of the city's servers, approximately 50% of visits were made. In the discussion, it is evident that most health workers are resistant to carrying out extramural activities, especially territorialization. Therefore, it is important to direct the professionals in their practice of care, inviting them to adjust the theoretical knowledge of their profession to the needs of the users.
