Method for texture homogenization fining of Ti-Al alloy cast

A metallic heat treatment technique for uniformizing and fining the original laminated as-cast structure of Ti-Al alloy castings includes such steps as high-temp thermoisostatic pressure treating in alpha phase region, cyclic heat treating, isothermal treating at eutectoid temp, and treating at critical temp, and features uniformizing and fining whole structure to make it similar to deforming alloy structure, eliminating cast defects, high productivity and low cost.
