Influences of brown rice grain's water ratio on elastic modulus

It is diffiuclt for brown rice grain to make standard sample because of its small size and irregular shape,and so its elastic modulus is hardly determined by conventional methods.In this paper,the shaving model of HZ theory and the corresponding data processing method were used to determine the elastic modulus of brown rice grain,and the effects of the moisture ratio of brown rice on its elastic modulus were also studied.
