• There is an error in the final paragraph of a letter "Surrogacy statement lacks substantive data," which appears in Second Opinions, December 1992. The paragraph should read: "As a consultant to the Academy9s National Committee on Adoption, Foster Care and the Preschool Child, I feel that this policy statement does not at all protect the best interests of children." AAP News regrets the errors.
