Intelligent prognostic and health management based on IOT cloud platform

This paper studies and designs a prognostic and health management system based on cloud services of the Internet of Things. The system is based on the architecture of the Internet of Things, and combines big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing and other technologies to achieve a new model of prognostic and health management. Various precision sensors, high-speed data acquisition devices, computers and servers in the Internet of Things constitute a flexible, open and scalable distributed data mining architecture according to the agreed protocol rules, to realize the collaborative acquisition and intelligent processing of equipment health information. Therefore the remote real-time operation and management is realized. Services such as diagnosis, analysis, prediction, evaluation and decision-making are implemented. The safety and reliability of production and the level of automation and intellectualization of management are improved.
