Template assisted electro-chemical synthesis and micro-structural characterization of copper and copper selenide based polymer thin films as nano ensembles applications

Abstract The fabrication of these micro/nano materials have extensive range of applications in the variety of fields of science and technology including material based technologies, micro-engineering, powerful electronics and optoelectronic devices, magnetic devices, chemical and biosensors. We have used this technique of electrode position involving template growth of (homo and hetero) structures of metal and metal-semiconductor (Cu-Se) through the pores of ITFs of Makrofol. The profile characterization of these microstructures involving metal-semiconductor junctions was studied using XRD and nano photographs of metal (Cu) were obtained using SEM through Makrofol.
