Previously there have been developed methods of isolation, identification and quantitative determination of clozapine and oxazepamе in solutions. The methods of isolation of clozapine and oxazepamе of modelling of mixtures of urine. Proposed conditions for the identification of clozapine and oxazepamе in extracts of urine and their subsequent differentiation among themselves by means of thin-layer chromatography and in the UV spectrophotometry. Possibility of use of public and private systems dissolve teachers for the detection of clozapine and oxazepamе by TLC. Developed conditions for the quantitative determination of clozapine and oxazepamе by UV spectrophotometry after cleaning with the help of the method of TLC. Calculation of the quantitative content of studied substances was carried out according to their specific index of absorption. Validation assessment methods developed conducted by the indicators precision, accuracy, linearity and the limit of quantification. The proposed methods may be included into the scheme of chemical-toxicological analysis of the studied drugs.
