The left grab bucket body and the right grab bucket body are hinged to the two opposite sides of an installing seat, and through the hydraulic oil cylinders correspondingly connected between the left grab bucket body and the installing seat and between the right grab bucket body and the installing seat, the left grab bucket body and the right grab bucket body are driven to be opened and closed respectively; the installing seat is connected to a lower connecting disc of a hydraulic rotation motor, the hydraulic rotation motor is fixed to a connecting rack through an upper connecting disc, and the hydraulic rotation motor is a 360-degree full-rotating hydraulic device; when the hydraulic rotation motor rotates, the installing seat and the left grab bucket body and the right grab bucket body which are installed on the installing seat are driven to rotate together with the hydraulic rotation motor. The hydraulic grab bucket is simple in structure, the machining manufacturability is good, the synchronous closing of the left grab bucket body and the right grab bucket body, the 360-degree full-rotating grabbing and operation in a wide-angle range can be achieved, the opening is large, the grabbing force is high, and the hydraulic grab bucket can be used for working conditions such as grabbing of block materials and powder materials, salvaging, mud dredging, desilting and the like.
