Value of carboprost ammonia butyl alcohol three on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia

Objective To investigate the clinical value of carboprost ammonia butyl alcohol three on prevention postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia.Methods Ninety pregnant women compared with risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage from November 2012 to November 2013 in department of gynaecology of navy general hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,45 cases in each group.All the pregnant women were given cesarean operation,women in the control group after delivery were gave misoprostol and oxytocin,women in the treatment group were gave noxytocin and carboprost ammonia butyl alcohol three,status of bleeding after delivery in both groups were observed and compared.Results In the treatment group,the total amount of bleeding after delivery 2hours and 24 hours is were(199.78±70.41)mL,(287.12± 57.09)mL respectively,which were significantly less than those of women in the control group(386.91±84.23)mL,(453.39±91.32)mL,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).The rate of effective treatment of the control group and the treatment group were 57.7%,93.3%respectively,the difference between them wa significant(P0.05).Conclusion Giving carboprost ammonia butyl alcohol three pregnant to the women compared with risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage could significantly reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and the amount of bleeding.
