抗稻瘟病基因Pi-2(t)紧密连锁的SSR标记的筛选与应用

According to the published information of flanking markers and rice genomic sequence, a new SSR marker, designated SRM24, was found near to Pi-2(t), a gene resistant to rice blast with wide spectrum. It was estimated that the marker is only about 0.5 cM or 43 kb away from Pi-2(t). With the marker, Pi-2(t) was successfully introgressed from a donor 5173 into Zhenshan 97B, a male sterile maintainer line most widely used to date, and a batch of isogenic lines of Zhenshan 97B carrying Pi-2(t) were created.
