Numerically-controlled machine tool quasi integral-type sliding base facilitating installation and adjustment of motor lead screw

2015
The invention discloses a numerically-controlled machine tool quasi-integral type sliding base facilitating installation and adjustment of motor lead screw. The numerically-controlled machine tool quasi-integral type sliding base facilitating installation and adjustment of motor lead screw comprises a sliding base body, a motor lead screw jointed base, a lead screw tailstock, an adjustable assembly and a dust cover. The sliding base body, the motor lead screw jointed base and the lead screw tailstock are of a casting integral structure, and the adjustable subassembly is fixedly connected with the lead screw tailstock through a screw. On the sliding base, the motor lead screw jointed base arranged on the front end of the sliding base is of a hollow structure, a lead screw mounting hole is in positioning clearance fit with a front-end component, and the diameter of the lead screw tailstock arranged on the rear end of the sliding base is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the adjustable assembly. In the assembling process, firstly, the front-end component is arranged with the mounting hole of the motor lead screw jointed base as the reference, then installment of the lead screw is completed by slightly adjusting a rear-end component, and a motor and a coupling are installed at last. The numerically-controlled machine tool quasi-integral type sliding base facilitating installation and adjustment of motor lead screw has the advantages that the structure is simple, the assembly accuracy is guaranteed, the machining difficulty is lowered, the regulating quantity is reduced, the structure rigidity and the assembly efficiency are greatly improved, and a foundation is laid for the optimized assembly of subsequent other components.
