The article shows autonomic nervous system dysfunctions after clinical observation of children aged 2-5 with gastroduodenal diseases detected by means of phonocardiography test. The recent researches reveal dominating sympathetic activated leads to organism exhaustion. This fact must be taken into consideration when choosing therapy pattern.
